Aaron Escobar

Aaron Escobar is from Northern Virginia. He is of Salvadoran descent from his parents and takes pride in his heritage.

He is a Sophomore here at Mason majoring in Physics with a double minor in Astronomy and Music (Percussion). He is a Student Transition Empowerment Program (STEP) 2016 Scholar. He is heavily involved on campus, as he is a brother of La Unidad Latina Lambda Upsilon Lambda Fraternity Inc. and will be serving as the Public Relations Chair for Mason DREAMers.

Aaron has a passion for physics and in the future, his plan is to work for NASA as a researcher or as an aerospace engineer. He also plans on going back to school after he graduates to get a PhD in physics. In his free time, Aaron practices and teaches percussion he reads books on Physics and likes watching science fiction films.
